Friends and colleagues, I have news to share about my next chapter. I am excited to announce that I am launching my own consulting business – JAME Consulting, LLC (“JAME”).
JAME will provide professional consulting services focused on each phase of the employee lifecycle inclusive of HR and data privacy compliance, employee training, workplace investigations and project management. JAME (Jason Barrett) is also available for short-term retained counsel/HR leadership placements and Board of Director appointments.

Giving-Back Pledge: One of the additional motivators to start my own company was creating the opportunity to give back to the community. With this in mind, JAME will be donating 10% of our time and/or revenue each year via pro bono work, donations or sponsorships to non-profit organizations.
What is “JAME”? My family means everything to me and is one of the primary motivators for everything I do. Their support and love inspires me in both my personal and professional life and I am thankful each day that God blessed me with my wife and our two daughters. To honor that blessing, JAME is an acronym of our family names.
